The Catimaxi-Kids history Phew, that's quite long story to tell and congratulate on everybody who makes it through the complete text :-)!

Catimaxi-Kids started online on 3rd of October 2002 but to be honest it started on New Years Eve 1999 when my oldest pal from school phoned me and asked me :"have you ever been on Ebay?"

I opened my Ebay account and surfed for hours - deeply impressed by the large choice of my very favourite brands for high quality kids clothes and soon started selling from our overstuffed wardrobes as well.
On Ebay I met so many wonderful mothers who shared the same passion for high end clothing that I started helping them out to find a much-sought-after piece of Catimini or Miniman.

My pals were so happy about my ability to find hard-to-find pieces that they actually nourished my idea of doing this more professionally and so we decided to start a "real" webshop in summer 2002.

With a lot of help of a tvery alented graphic artist and friend and even more help of one of my very best friends who did all the computer stuff in the beginning we started with little financial background but a lot of enthusiasmus, a bit of taste and most of all tons of hard work.

After some months the webshop started to grow all over the family appartment and just-in-time we heard of a small kids boutique which would soon be closed down in the neighbourhood. It took only one sleepless night to decide to open the brick and mortar Catimaxi-Kids boutique and we opened on 1st of April 2003

Since then we are expanding into both directions and sell increasing amounts of gorgeous kids fashion by brands such as Catimini, Marese, Jean Bourget, Miniman, 3 Pommes, Absorba, Sigikid, Salt and Pepper, Indygo Artwear, Babyface, Bram's, LCKR and Repetto. We offer highest quality kids shoes by Catimini, GBB, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Romagnoli and Ralph Lauren and stock the most precious kids bedding and baby accessoires by Catimini and Designer's Guild.

Our new brands for next season will be the magnificient sets and dresses by Kenzo and a lovely line from Denmark called Minymo for size 92-140.

2007 just began and we are looking forward to many more pieces of striking kids clothing, many new customers to meet and several surprises over the next moths and years.
