How to place your order
It all starts with your finding a piece of kids fashion you really like and consider ordering from us.
If you click "Bestellung / order" you find the detail page for each piece on which you can choose the size (or sometimes
alternative colours or designs). You can then click "bestellen / order" which puts this piece into your basket.
If you are insecure about sizes, colours or building sets you can ask your questions via Email
After you chose the items you wanted to order you can start the check-out procedure by clicking
"bestellen / order".
You can log in with your customer number and password which enters your address
automatically but there is no need to log in for your order even if you are a repeat customer
May we kindly ask you to leave us a telephone number? This often helps to answer questions
we might have quickly. You can be 100% sure we will never share your adress or any other personal data
with other companies or people!
If you want us to ship your order to any shipping address which differs from your invoice address please click
the button "abweichende Lieferanschrift"
On the next page you can choose your means of payment (CreditCard via MasterCard or Visa, Paypal
or international Euro bank transfer using SWIFT code and IBAN. Please note that we will never ship out
any order before full payment arrived
The next page of the checkout process will ask you to confirm our terms of business.

You will now enter into the summary page which displays the list of items you want to order, your address and means of payment. Please check all entries thoroughly and
correct them if necessary
With your click on "bestellen/ order" you now confirm your order which is then forwarded to our Email
account automatically
Shirt after placing your order you will receive an automatically generated email which lists up your order
and gives you a bit more of information. Please understand that if you entered your cridit card data for payment
that you issued an authorization only. We will not confirm any payment from your credit card before we
checked stocks, found all items ready to ship and prepared your delivery for departure the next business day.
Before sending payment via Paypal or bank transfer please wait for a "handwritten" Email in which we confirmed availability
of the items you ordered or let you know which items would be be available and which alternatives we could offer
Please note: while I'm writing this text we still enter each piece of clothing to or from our webshop manually. Unfortunately this leaves
room for stock discrepancies for which we apologize. We will always try hard to fulfill your orders as best we can
After we sent out your order confirmation we kindly ask you to forward payment via Paypal or bank transfer as soon as possible.
Our email-address for Paypal is the same as in all emails you will receive from us!
If you want to cancel your order please let us know within 7 days via Email or phone call. Please consider that
we withhold the items you ordered from all customers and contact us as early as possible if you changed yolur mind - thanks!
We normally ship the next business morning after your payment was received and use DHL for shipping. For estimated shipping
times please contact us via Email
After you received your order please check carefully if everything is correct. We love to hear a short feedback via Email from you if you don't mind :-)
In any case of returns please contact us immediately and please note that your return needs to arrive here within 14 days of receipt at your home
Please make sure you only return items via delivery track. We can only refund or exchange pieces which actually arrived here at ours!
After your return was received we will normally refund payment by which way it was received. Please provide us with the data we need for
bank transfer refunds.
